Cake Care & Tips
Always support the bottom of the cake box.
Take the cake out to display 1-2 hours prior to allow it to come to room temp (70-75 F) before serving.
Keep the cake level at all times, from transport to refrigeration to display.
If using a cake stand, ensure it is sturdy and at least an inch larger than the cake board.
In the warm summer months, use HIGH car AC during transport. Be sure to drive slowly and carefully.
Avoid direct sunlight and hot environments. Store cake in the refrigerator, away from strong odors.
Remove all cake decorations before cutting and serving.
Store any leftover cake in the fridge in an airtight container or tightly wrap in cling film.
